Apart the synthesis on the scientific content, students should also care on how the presented technology can address societal issues. It could be also the opportunity to propose some ideas of possible scientific solutions or applications, leading to commercial exploitation and new products.
Students can ask to be helped from the speakers.

The exams will take place on Friday the 2nd from 9pm to 5pm.

Description :

The aim of these seminars is to give a perspective and expertise about the role of fundamental science in solving societal problems and boosting industrial innovation to attract new students interested on the applications of quantum physics in technology.
Condensed matter in advanced technology is a set of seminars in which a specific technology or technological issue will be presented by a renowned specialist in the domain. The expert will present the context, the general principle and the open questions that are technologicql challanges.
